  Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Priority Property Solutions LLC! I was in direct contact with Mr. Everson Travers, Jr. in regards to selling my grandmother's property. We executed a contract once an agreement was made on the purchase price, but the close date came and went. During the weeks prior to the agreed close date, I did not hear from him or the title company as it got closer to the closing date. My time was wasted and I'm beyond angry with the un-professionalism of this so called "investor". DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. I could have pursued other offers during the three weeks I was strung along.

  Thank you Everson, working with you and your team has been a pleasure, This property was no easy sell, as you very well know, we tried using two other companies before working with Priority Property Solutions.
  
  The only regret I have is that we didn't work with you first.
  
  You made the entire process straight forward and easy to go through,
  
  The title company called us immediately to begin the process and we're at the closing table a few weeks later with check in hand.
